Dhee, a smash successful movie directed by sree Vaitla and starring hero Manchu Vishnu, was released in 2007. They revealed a follow-up to it, called D & D, last year (Double Dose). But the movie didn't start shooting until recently. There was once a rumour that the movie was also put on hold. Sreenu Vaitla and vishnu did not respond to these rumours.

Vishnu recently took part in a Q&A session with fans. During the conversation, he was questioned about his upcoming undertaking. vishnu revealed that Sreenu Vaitla will be working on his upcoming project. vishnu responded that his movie with Vaitla won't be a sequel when another user inquired whether there are plans to do a Dhee sequel.

Vishnu subsequently stated that the movie starring Sreenu Vaitla will not be Dhee's sequel. Is the sequel thus postponed? The actor didn't make this point very clear. vishnu is currently getting ready for the october 21 release of his newest movie, Ginna. The female leads in it are payal rajput and Sunny Leone.
