Swara said this

swara bhaskar wrote in her post- 'Reading the committee's findings is heartbreaking and even more so because it is familiar. Maybe not every detail and every nuance, but the big picture of the testimony given by women is very familiar.' Swara further wrote- 'Showbiz has always been a male-centric industry, with a patriarchal power system. It is also very sensitive to perception and also averse to risk. Every day of production - shooting days, as well as pre and post-production days - are days when the meter keeps running and money is spent. No one likes disruption. Even if one has raised his voice for what is morally right. It is very convenient and economically practical to just keep going.' swara bhaskar has written many things for the industry even further. Swara has also targeted many successful actors, directors and producers.

Let us tell you that the 296-page report of the hema Committee was finally made public on 19 August. It includes the testimony of many women from the industry. At some places, the report also mentions girls instead of women. Many women have openly talked about the casting couch and sexual harassment that happened to them. How the directors used to ask them to shoot scenes with them. According to the BBC, the report reads- 'Before the project started, the director said that there would be some intimate scenes in the film. A day before the shooting, the director said that there would also be nude and kissing scenes in the film, and many parts of the body would be shown. The next day it was said that nude and bathtub scenes would be filmed.'
