Pak actress Momal Sheikh made her bollywood debut with Sonam Kapoor's film 'Happy Bhag Jayegi' (2016). The actress has recently talked about many members of her family being a part of showbiz. She has compared her family to the Kapoor family. Momal Sheikh has also taken a dig at bollywood regarding nepotism.
In a recent interview with Ushna Shah, Momal Sheikh was asked about being like the Kapoor family, then she said- 'Yes, I think, if you include the families of Behroze and Salim uncles, then we are the Kapoors of Pakistan. We are Sheikh and Behroze uncle is Sabzwari. He is my uncle because he is married to Safina Phuppo, who is the sister of my Salim uncle and Baba. Like the Kapoors, we are the Sheikh family of Lollywood.'
Said this about nepotism
Momal also talked about nepotism. She said- 'Baba does not make any phone call for me. The issue is that Kapoors say 'Kapoors hain hum', 'nepo-nepo', so we do not get work by making phone calls. I will use this (family name) but it does not work. But they have a way and Shahzad also has a way, but this is not my way, I do not understand and I do not get it either.'

Javed Sheikh has also worked in bollywood films like 'Om Shanti Om', 'My Name is Anthony Gonsalves', 'Namaste London' and 'Zeenat Mangi'. Many people in Momal's family are part of the Pakistani industry. Her brother Shahzad Sheikh is also a popular actor. Apart from this, his uncles Behrooz Sabzwari and Salim Sheikh also work in dramas.
