Honda XL750 Translap: honda launches XL750 Translap adventure bike, price is Rs 11 lakh


The design of the XL750 Translap is also similar to the Africa Twin. This is a mid-range motorcycle in the adventure segment. Its styling is quite simple.

Honda XL 750 Translap Launch

The big bike market is continuously growing in India. honda has recently launched its XL750 Translap in india with a price of Rs 11 lakh. The original Translap came with a 583cc V-twin engine in 1986, while this new generation model will come with a new 755cc, parallel twin-cylinder unit. Which has also been given with the new CB750 Hornet. It generates power of 92 bhp and torque of 75 Nm. It is a lightweight motorcycle which further enhances its performance and it is the lightest in the segment.


Equipped with new features

It has a throttle-by-wire system that includes 5 riding modes, 4 of which include a combination of engine power, engine braking, ABS, and honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) with integrated wheelie control. There is also a 5th 'User' mode which enables the rider to choose an adaptive setting.

Hardware and Features

The bike features an 18.3 kg steel diamond frame and off-road spec suspension including Showa 43 mm SFF-CA USD forks and rear shock via Pro-Link. It enables 200 mm of travel with spring preload adjustment while its ground clearance is 210 mm. Talking about the features, it includes LED lighting, a 5-inch TFT color display, a honda smartphone voice control, and a quick-shifter.

Design

The design of the XL750 Translap is also similar to the Africa Twin. This is a mid-range motorcycle in the adventure segment. Its styling is quite simple, but it follows the traditional design details of larger ADVs. Talking about its rivals, the honda XL750 Translap competes with the bmw F850 GS, which is more expensive at Rs 12.95 lakh compared to the Honda's Rs 11 lakh, and it also competes with the Triumph tiger 850 Sport.
