MG Astor Hybrid will soon enter with a stylish look!!!
MG Astor has been teased ahead of its global launch. Which is known globally as MG Z5. The big thing is that the new generation of Astor can get hybrid technology. This hybrid system will run on Atkinson cycle with petrol engine and electric motor. It uses NCM lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1.83 kWh. MG Astor Hybrid+ can be launched in india in a bang. Earlier JSW and MG Motor had said that we are considering both EV and hybrid. The new Astor will come with an updated design, whose look is going to be very stylish. The front look of the car is going to come with slimmer headlamps.
Will compete with these cars present in the market
The large cut and headlamp on the bumper of Astor make its look more wide. It is going to give tough competition to hyundai Creta, Seltos, maruti Grand Vitara, Hyride and Tigun present in the indian market. The new Astor has made major changes in the front by integrating new LED headlights and grille. Apart from this, new alloy wheels and tail lights will also be provided. Also, a dual-screen setup will be available for infotainment and instrument panel in the dashboard.
What will be the price?
This car of MG Motors can be launched in the next few months. Along with this, with new updates and new powertrain, it is going to be launched at a higher price. The price of the current petrol model starts at €17,890 (about Rs 16.61 lakh). According to estimates, MG Astor Hybrid can be introduced for around €25,000 (Rs 23.20 lakh).
