This plane is safe

According to media reports, a Ukrainian engineer has designed such an airplane in which the cable will separate during an emergency and the parachute will come out. Due to which all the passengers will land safely on water or land. However, according to reports, such a plane has not been made yet, it is just a design. But it is believed that if such an aircraft is made, then in case of plane accidents, all the passengers can land safely on the ground or water.
