When will Royal Enfield Classic 650 be launched?

Royal Enfield Classic 650 is going to get a 648 cc, air/oil cooled, parallel twin mill engine. This engine has already been tested. The engine found in the bike will give a peak power of 47 hp and generate a torque of 52 Nm. A 6-speed gearbox will be connected to the engine of this motorcycle.
Royal Enfield has many such bikes, in which 648 cc engine has been used. The list of these motorcycles includes Super Meteor 650, Bear 650, Interceptor 650, Shotgun 650 and Continental GT. Now the name of Classic 650 is also going to be added to this list.
How different is Classic 650 from Shotgun 650?
These bikes of Royal Enfield come with many similar features in the final drive gearing. But some things are different in these motorcycles. Classic 650 has 19-inch wire-spoke wheels in the front and 18-inch wire-spoke wheels in the rear. On the other hand, Shotgun 650 has 18-inch alloy wheels in the front and 17-inch alloy wheels in the rear.
What will be the price of Classic 650?
Royal Enfield Classic 650 can enter the indian market with four color options - Red, Blue, Teal and Black Chrome. The price of this motorcycle can also be in the range of Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650. The ex-showroom price of Super Meteor 650 starts from Rs 3.64 lakh. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of Shotgun 650 starts from Rs 3.59 lakh.
