500 km range, when will Maruti's first EV be launched?

India's car manufacturer maruti Suzuki can launch its first all-electric SUV e Vitara in the indian market in april 2025. This electric SUV was recently introduced at the auto Expo 2025. This EV of maruti Suzuki will be based on the company's Heartect e-platform and is equipped with many modern technology and safety features. Due to its powerful battery pack and long range, it can become a great option for indian customers.

Powerful battery and powerful range

maruti e-Vitara will come with two battery pack options, it generates 141 bhp of power and gives a range of up to 500 km. e-Vitara generates 171 bhp of power and will give a range of up to 500 km in a single charge. Both battery variants will get a peak torque of 189 Nm.

Exterior Features

This electric SUV has different LED daytime running lights (DRLs), which make its look stylish. Its front has a blanked off grille, on which Maruti's big logo is present. This car will be available in 10 different color options, giving customers the option to choose the color as per their choice.

Interior Design and Comfort

The interior of this car is also luxurious and comfortable. It will have four dual-tone interior options, which will make its cabin look more premium. The car has split-folding seats, which can be folded for more luggage space. Apart from this, it has a dual screen display, which will have a new operating system.
