Former indian cricketer rahul dravid celebrates his 49th birthday today. Born in Indore, madhya pradesh in 1973, rahul dravid made his ODI debut on april 3, 1996, for India.

His game, which began on, ended in 2012. rahul dravid is the star of the indian team between sachin tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly. He fought hard for the indian team, teaming up with Sachin in one match and teaming up with Ganguly in the next.  Thus a crowd of fans for him was quiet.

Similarly, his batting will be quiet. Dravid can be described as the ‘Patience Man’ of cricket. Dravid is very patient, not only in batting but also in character.

It was a nightmare for any bowler to tilt his wicket in Test matches. Even the Australian bowlers, Dravid has screamed.

Rahul Dravid, who has played 164 Tests, 344 ODIs, and a T20I internationally, announced his retirement on january 24, 2012, with a Test match against Australia.

While his announcement was meant to pave the way for the younger generation, it was also a disaster for the indian team. cricket experts said the answer was a pillar that was a great support to the indian team in all aspects of experience, peace, and creativity.

Speaking in retirement, Dravid said his approach to cricket was generally simple. He said his approach was to give full commitment to the team, play with dignity and preserve the spirit of the game.

He had said that although he had failed at times, he had never stopped trying.  So, even though he said goodbye with sadness, rahul said goodbye that day with pride.

Not only this speech but rahul dravid has made many such heated speeches and emphatic comments many times. rahul also mentioned that he had written a text on his bike without regretting his condition at the time.

Dravid was adamant that if he had not waited five years, he would not have realized the success he has achieved in cricket since then.  His speech was an inspiration to all the youth who were waiting for the opportunity.
