'Pelli SandaD' is, to be honest, more of an awkward offspring of 'Gangotri' than a spiritual sequel to 'Pelli Sandadi.' You know, some directors have a penchant for deceiving you with the title itself! Vasishta (debutant roshan Meka) aspires to be the best basketball player in the world. His father (Rao Ramesh) is a control freak, yet he isn't the story's villain. 


Prakash Raj portrays a feudal-minded moral police officer that you should despise. By chance, his daughter Sahasra (debutante sree Leela) falls in love with Vasishta, the free-spirited kid who can mend broken hearts as readily as raghavendra RAO' target='_blank' title='raghavendra rao-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>raghavendra rao can perform sensuous duets with blossoms. The male protagonist travels a few dozen kilometres to meet his lover and blames it all on fate. Typically, telugu heroes deliver a monologue that heralds incredible mindset shifts. 'Pelli SandaD' takes it to the next level.

Every single cliche and sub-theme in the movie is so ancient that you can anticipate what kind of gibberish solid black comedians will speak in the name of comedy when they cross paths. Aside from the lead duo, who give unexpectedly decent performances, MM keeravani is a standout performer.
