Jr ntr turned to social media to upload a video in which he spoke out against the ycp government's personal attacks on his aunt Nara Bhuvaneshwari, spouse of Andhra Pradesh's ex-chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, in the Assembly. The actor stated in his speech that respecting women is a part of our culture and that losing it would be disastrous.

In a video made by ntr himself, he says the government should focus on public issues rather than domestic matters. The actor said at the outset of the video, "Our language reflects our personality. In politics, it's common to criticise others. The remarks must be directed towards people's problems. They aren't supposed to be personal. Individuals should not be subjected to abuse. I was hurt by yesterday's episode in the ap Assembly."

He continued, "Anarchy reigns when we resort to personal attacks, particularly against women in obscene language. Respect for women is in our blood and tradition. This tradition must be passed down to the next generation. It should not be destroyed. It will be a grave injustice to future generations."

"I'm not stating these things as she is my family but as an indian citizen, and a telugu man. I implore lawmakers to put an end to this barbaric culture of female abuse. Please concentrate on the issues that required to be addressed for the benefit of the general population. As he closed the video, jr ntr remarked, "I request all politicians behave as role models for the next generation and please stop this issue now and now.""
