Chitra Ramakrishna, former chief executive and managing director of the National Stock Exchange, has been accused of massive corruption along with the Himalayan priest.
A stock market is a place of mystery to ordinary people. How business is going on there, how much money is being hoarded, who is making money, who is being cheated is all parallel to thriller type films.
SEBI, the regulatory body for indian stock exchanges, issued a 190-page complaint order last Friday. At its core is the fact that a woman named Chitra Ramakrishna, the former chief executive and managing director of the National Stock Exchange, has committed a massive scandal with some Himalayan preacher.
About 70% of the indian capital market is traded on the National Stock Exchange. The plans, policies, officials, positions and other secrets of the business have been exchanged by email between Chitra ramakrishna and an unidentified Himalayan priest.
Chitra in his explanation said that she had only an email contact with the preacher and had not met him in person. But SEBI has revealed by email that she met the pastor on the banks of the ganges 20 years ago and bathed with him on the island of Seychelles.
In the name of his instruction, Chitra has appointed Ananda Subramaniam to a key position in the National Stock Exchange - Chief Strategic Officer. His annual salary is 1.38 crore rupees.
Earlier, when the same Ananda Subramaniam worked in another company, his annual salary was just Rs 15 lakh. Almost nine-fold pay rise. anand has also been promoted to Team Enforcement Officer. Although he had five days to work he would only arrive in three days at the time he thought.
The preacher is controlling so many trillions of crores of business through Chitra and making it corrupt.
Chitra Ramakrishnan has been in charge of the National Stock Exchange between 2013 and 2016. Now two ideas are speculated. Although the complaint against Chitra came six years ago, SEBI, which has been investigating for so many years, has just released its investigative report.
It has been years since journalists, social activists and opposition leaders were spying through the Pegasus to investigate the multi-billion-dollar stock market scandal. Well, do you know what SEBI has ordered at the end of this investigation?
Why no action?
Chitra was fined Rs 3 crore, Ananda Subramaniam was fined Rs 2 crore. Otherwise, there are no criminal division cases or criminal offence cases for violating corporate rules. If the cbi is probing the death of Tanjore student Lavanya as the bjp wished, why was the cbi not appointed to investigate the CBI? Is it because the person involved is a Hindu preacher?
In general, it is customary to talk naturally among experts about doing well in the stock market. That's how I talked to the preacher, says Chitra. Well, what has the pastor got to do with the expert? According to him, is it normal or corrupt to put people in planning?
The National Stock Exchange has issued a letter to SEBI in 2018. It states that anand Subramaniam, who is well versed in human psychology, was the preacher and that he had treated Chitra as a puppet in the name of the preacher. In this puppetry there is devotion, spirituality, scripture everything. Why? For corrupting the stock market!
Chitra has sent in his email all the five year plans of the National Stock Exchange, forecasts, discount rates for stocks, business plans, NSE meeting schedules, job ratings of NSE employees. Will all this happen in any country?
This is not the only stock market the preacher is also involved in the day-to-day running of the business through Chitra. In those emails, the preacher describes Chitra's hairstyle. He has listened to tamil devotional songs together.
Looking at all this, the question arises as to whether this is a hollywood piracy film or not.
