The impending magnum opus of visionary filmmaker Rajamouli, rrr, is supposed to be a fictional storey inspired by the lives of liberation warriors Alluri Sitarama Raaju and Komaaram Bheem. The movie is slated in pre-independence india in the 1920s, and it stars Raam Charan and jr ntr as the younger versions of Andhra Pradesh's Alluri Sitaarama Raju and Telangana's Komaaram Bheem.

On a tense note, the family members of Alluri Sitaarama Raju, a great revolutionary hero and true indian patriot, are now voicing their opposition to the film rrr in the public arena. It's unfortunate that the magnum opus is in problems just before its premiere, and Alluri's family have criticised the filmmakers, stating that Alluri Sitharama Raju's image has been defamed. It is said that this is not a storey that Alluri's family wants to hear told again.

From the time the first in-character images of tarak and Charan were released, the internet became captivated with the film. However, the family claims that the filmmakers are taking Alluri's identity in order to benefit. The nephew of Alluri Sitharama Raju has taken significant issue to three specific parts in the rrr trailer. He pointed out that Alluri was portrayed as a british police officer. Then there's the folly of detaining Komaram Bheem. The image of these two leaders together, who had no relationship in actuality, has been blasted by family members. There is no evidence of such an incident in history as depicted in the trailer, and both presidents have never met.
