Well, sun Pictures who faced a downfall with Rajini's 'Annaatthe' has came up with Suriya's 'ET' which also follows a rural backdrop and ironically this movie also kickstarts in a similar fashion like 'Annaatthe' wher Suriya goes on a Killing spree and he narrates why he does these with a village flashback and we get intro song, a large family and what happens next should be known to a new born kid itself.

The movie evoked interest when it was inching towards the interval as we got inside the crux of the story where crimes against women are revealed. And if you think, these are bad, we just need to find out who the heck is Costume designer and Choreographer for song sequences as they are absurd, pathetic and we are running out of adjectives to say literally.

We gues Imman has composed tunes when he was not in a good mood or when he never got check from the production company as for the first time, we can see everyone walking to canteen whenever song comes and he compensates it well with some solid background score during fight scenes. priyanka Arul Mohan is cute, but please don't ever think about that "Dance Emotion" again!

At one stage, fans are fed up as the climax wasn't approaching and we can see fans start laughing by giving counters to the emotional scenes as everything was too farcical. Don't trust director Pandiraj's interview where he asked fans not to spill the beans about the climax twist. There are tons of characters and nothing sticks to our heart or closely written and once again everything has been artificial to the core.

Overall, Suriya has done a Mega Serial and it should be a OTT watch
