In the lok sabha, the DMK mp stated that elections should be held throughout the year in order to lower gasoline and diesel prices. senthilkumar made an appeal. On tuesday at zero hour, Dharmapuri mp DNV senthilkumar spoke in the lok sabha about the rise in petrol prices. "Rising petrol, diesel, and gas cylinder prices are hitting ordinary people hard," he remarked. What will the government do to bring these price spikes to a halt? Will they be able to keep growing fuel prices in check? There will be no price increase here even if the price of oil rises above $100 per barrel.

During the early stages of the recent Russia-Ukraine crisis, gasoline and diesel prices were not hiked. The only justification for all of this is that it's election season in five states. As a result, I would want to ask the government to direct the election Commission, through its chairman, to hold elections throughout the year. Ordinary people will only be rescued from rising gasoline and diesel prices if this happens. The people is concerned that if this does not happen, prices will rise.

If the situation continues like this, the price of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders may go up twice in the morning and evening. Therefore, I urge the government to come up with a plan to hold elections throughout the year to save the lives of ordinary people, "he said.
