The mother filed a complaint with the Erode district Revenue Officer, requesting that her son be prosecuted for failing to care after her own property. Kannammal (80) of Erode's Attani neighbourhood has filed a plea with the district Revenue Officer, stating, "I have a son named Gunasekar and a daughter named Kavita." The daughter is married and lives with her family in Satyamangalam. She lives in Bangalore with her son Gunasekara and works there.

In 2006, my hubby passed away. In my final days, I wrote off my farm land in the Anthiyur Varaduppallam area to my son in the hopes that he would take care of me. My son's behaviour has altered in this circumstance over the previous four years; he no longer takes adequate care of me and refuses to pay for food and medicine. He also advises me to leave the place in which I currently reside. In this context, I made a complaint to Kobe Kottayam. 'Your mother will live in that house for the rest of her life,' stated the officer who contacted my son. 'For food and medical expenditures, he should be provided Rs.5000 per month.'

My kid, on the other hand, did not pay up. To live in peace and security in the end times, I must rescind the deed I signed over to my son and take steps to reclaim my land.
