For quite some time, there has been discussion of a possible coalition between Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena party and N Chandrababu Naidu's telugu desam party in the next assembly elections in andhra pradesh, as both leaders have thrown signals to that effect. However, the elections in andhra pradesh are still two years away. Next year, the neighbouring state of telangana will have elections. So, what is Pawan Kalyan's position in Telangana?

The Jana Sena party has a small presence in telangana, as is well known. The party has never run for office in the legislature, local government elections, or by-elections. It does, however, have its own unit in telangana, which, like the TDP, has little work. However, pawan kalyan has his own fan base in telangana, and it would be fascinating to see how his supporters vote in the next assembly elections. The bjp and the party have a political agreement, although it is limited to Andhra Pradesh.

Pawan has made it plain that there is no such understanding in Telangana. He openly stated in march 2021 that the telangana bjp had humiliated him and that his party would not work with the saffron party since it had no regard for the Jana Sena.
