A big-budget film's ticket costs are usually greater than those of a small or medium-budget film. The film's high and costly budget is attempted to be recouped through ticket sales. Another big-budget film is on the way, with the producer hinting at 'blockbuster price'! Prabhas' popularity skyrocketed after Baahubali, and his name has been heard all over the country since the film's release. Despite the fact that his films after Baahubali were complete catastrophes, his filmography has maintained its popularity among both filmmakers and spectators.

Adipurush, produced by bhushan kumar, is his next film. Om Raut directed the film, which also stars Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and Sai ali Khan. bhushan kumar, the film's producer, recently claimed that the film is based on the Ramayan and is being developed on a massive budget of Rs 500 crore. In the same conversation, bhushan kumar revealed that the film will be released with blockbuster price because Housefull 2 is projected to be a major hit. He also stated that because it is a one-of-a-kind event cinema with limited capacity, people will attend regardless of price.

Although the producer's plan to maximise demand for the film by setting a high ticket price is admirable, it is clear that a high ticket price deters many people from attending the screening, unless it is a film directed by Rajamouli. Gone are the days when audiences flocked to theatres regardless of ticket prices, albeit much depended on criteria such as the actors and the director's previous work. As a result, the filmmakers may want to think carefully about charging a blockbuster price at the box office, lest it become the film's principal villain.
