"Karthikeya 2" represents a thoughtful effort. However, the plot created by filmmaker Chandoo Mondeti is based on historical and mythical themes and provides room for both drama and suspense. The movie follows a similar plot to Steven Spielberg's Indiana Jones films while including aspects from "The Da Vinci Code". It takes the movie a long time to get to the point. It's loose in the first half. From the second half on, the narration becomes compelling.
The audience is captivated by the spectacular images and visual effects as the drama progresses to other locations. We are drawn into it by the tale of Lord Shri Krishna's anklet and the enigma surrounding a telescope and a metal peacock figurine. However, the film's overall graph is inconsistent. The ups and downs are numerous. The storyline of "Sahasam," starring Gopichand, is identical. So, there is a hint of déjà vu. Despite these flaws, the grandeur is an advantage, and the final seconds make up for everything.
