Content has always been king, not just now. However, however, marketing is more important than ever for a movie to succeed at the box office. After that, something known as "star power" will draw crowds to theatres even with no advertising. If both the star power and the content are successful, the outcome will be similar to "Pushpa," where the movie was successful at the box office even without intensive marketing.

At this point, megastar Chiranjeevi's "Godfather" is approaching, and it is already abundantly evident that the star hero does not want to extensively advertise the movie. Even though the release is only two weeks away, the creators have only released songs and poetic videos, with no outward signs of advertising. According to reports, chiranjeevi wanted things to turn out this way on purpose since he believed that his aggressive marketing for the movie "Acharya" had raised unnecessary expectations for the movie.

There are currently allegations that chiranjeevi is not promoting the movie enough and that this is not what should be done. It will be like turning the tables to show that promotions aren't always necessary if the movie succeeds on its own terms, since the megastar would draw crowds to theatres on opening day due to his star power and enormous mega following.
