If caught while buying and selling the firecrackers, a jail term of up to three years and a fine will also be imposed. These instructions will also be applicable to the online sale of firecrackers.
How much will be the fine?

Not only this, 408 parties were formed in delhi to strictly implement these instructions. The government had last year imposed a complete ban on the sale and bursting of firecrackers in delhi from september 28 to january 1, 2022. The matter reached the supreme Court
The matter of the ban on the burning of firecrackers had also reached the supreme Court. After this, the decision came from the supreme court as well. On the petition of bjp mp Manoj Tiwari, the supreme court refused to lift the ban, saying that we had issued special orders for Delhi-NCR regarding pollution. Our order is very clear.
