These herbs are used in mild to severe diseases and they are also considered very effective. The special thing is that these herbs do not have any side effects. If these herbs are in your house, then you can not only avoid the common cold or fever but also diabetes, cholesterol, bp as well as life-threatening diseases like cancer etc.
Let us inform you that every year on october 23, National ayurveda Day is celebrated on Dhanvantari Jayanti. The purpose of celebrating ayurveda Day is to make the people of india aware of ayurveda, the oldest system of medicine. There are many herbs used in ayurveda, which treat at least 100 types of diseases.
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is the king of Ayurvedic herbs. It has been used for more than 3,000 years in many common serious diseases. It is used for physical to mental diseases.
Basil
In ayurveda, Tulsi is considered to be the lifeblood of diseases related to immune system problems. The use of basil has been considered beneficial in preventing diabetes cold, sinus, skin disease, depression, kidney stones and lung cancer.
Moringa
Moringa is believed to cure more than 300 diseases in Ayurveda. From its leaves to pods and twigs, all have medicinal properties. From high bp to blood-related diseases, metabolic diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc., it is healthy to eat it.
Aloe vera
The consumption of aloe vera can prove beneficial in many diseases like halitosis, gall bladder stone, constipation, high blood, sugar, obesity, skin disease.
Haritaki(Kadukkai)
Haritaki is used in the prevention and treatment of many diseases. In this, its consumption is mainly beneficial in improving digestion, weight loss, anti-aging, relieving constipation, diabetes, tuberculosis, besides chronic cough, piles.
Amla
Amla is a tart fruit that is utilised in ayurveda for both disease prevention and therapy. Amla is mostly used to treat issues with the skin and hair. Apart from this, its consumption is beneficial in many diseases like mouth ulcers, constipation, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
