V vijay sai Reddy, the general secretary of the ysr congress party and a member of the Rajya Sabha, has declared that he will establish a media outlet to combat the vicious campaign being carried out by yellow media, particularly Eenadu. In response to several articles published by eenadu about alleged land deals in Visakhapatnam involving members of his family, Sai reddy claimed that the daily promoted by Ramu (as he called Ch Ramoji Rao, the chairman of the eenadu group), had devolved into little more than a pamphlet for the telugu Desam Party.

Ramu has engaged in character assassination solely because he owns a newspaper and a television network. Here's my nemesis. I'm going to work in the media. With his own money, I will start a newspaper and a television network," he declared, implying that he needed a media outlet to target Eenadu. Undoubtedly, Sai Reddy's statement was significant news that day, but several questioned whether he was sincere about starting a media company. The launch and operation of a newspaper and a channel need significant investment, and it is unclear if the mp would be able to raise the necessary funds.

Some party leaders speculate that Sai reddy may have made the statement in a fit of emotion because he is aware of how challenging it is to run a media organisation after witnessing Sakshi's efforts to survive. "Sakshi has been able to survive because to the jagan Mohan reddy administration's backing for advertising, as it is owned by the chief minister's family. It is unlikely that Sai reddy will have the same support from the government if he starts a newspaper and channel, a party leader said.

The party leader also questions if jagan will permit Sai reddy to start a media outlet that will undoubtedly compete with Sakshi. Even if it sticks to the party line, it will have to compete with sakshi for readership and ad income, he claimed. Another group of party officials claim that Sai reddy released the statement only after making all necessary preparations to open the media house.
