On the first anniversary of the actor's passing, fans are remembering him by posting various images and clips from his movies. One of his supporters even posted a picture of the 21-foot statue of Puneeth, which would shortly arrive in Karnataka. However, a lot of fans also paid respect to the late actor, and some said they missed his broad smile.
