Various competitions are held in schools on the day of Children's Day. There are games, debates, seminars, dance, music, essay, speech, and painting competitions. The winning children are awarded with prizes. Children's Day is a time to plant the seeds of morality in the hearts of the country's future leaders. With the irrigation of good education, love, and good behaviour, these seeds will sprout, and blossom and the country will flourish with their fragrance.

On this Children's Day, we should take a pledge that we will stop child abuse and child labour as much as we can. Every effort will be made to provide education to underprivileged children. It is our efforts that will build the nation of Nehru's dreams.
