The administration takes great effort to prevent any potential of dissent or protest whenever ys jagan mohan reddy visits. The stores in the neighborhood are first shuttered the day before and the day of the meeting by the authorities. On either side of the route where the CM's convoy is traveling, iron barricades have been put in place. Huge cloths are then tied to the caravan to prevent anything from being thrown onto it through the obstacles.

Holidays are given to schools and colleges, and buses are used to transport attendees to the convention. All of this occurred on monday when jagan made his first trip to Narasapuram. But then something repulsive also happened. Girls who were wearing black dupattas to the meeting were ordered to take them off and leave them somewhere. After the meeting, they were instructed to bring them. The authorities forbade many females from wearing dupattas while they were inside or outside due to their strong reluctance.

To ask women to take off their dupattas is nothing more than an insult to their modesty. This is very unacceptable, and the chief minister needs to stop it right away. While the images and videos are widely disseminated, the west godavari police claim that nothing of the sort ever occurred.
