That's why the death toll is less visible in China
According to Chinese officials, it is mandatory to confirm the harm caused by coronavirus in the patient's lungs to confirm death from Covid. The State Council, the information office of China's cabinet, clarified this method in a press conference on Tuesday. Council member and epidemiologist (infectious disease specialist) professor Wang Gui-Qiang told that the death is being registered as Covid death only when the patient has pneumonia or his breathing system fails due to the coronavirus.
