If you get a corporate job, everything will fly away. Imaginary salary, good increments every year, occasional travel abroad, holidays on weekends. But a survey revealed that there is a shortage of peace of mind among corporate employees. Vistu Goli Pay issues came to light in a survey conducted by Aditya Birla education Trust Empower on the psychological conditions of corporate employees called 'The Silent Struggle'.
The survey revealed that the mental health of corporate employees is deteriorating. This survey was conducted to assess the mental health of corporate employees. Also, this study was done to identify the factors required for better management of mental health programs for corporate employees.
As part of Aditya Birla Group's survey, 3000 corporate employees were studied in the cities of Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Pune. Among them 1627 males and 1373 females. Out of these 2640 people are 30–45 years old, 291 people are 46–60 years old and 69 people are above 60 years old.
The survey revealed that 48% of the employee's mental health is at risk. When looking at mental health by groups, 56 %of women and 41 %of men are at risk, reflecting the seriousness of the situation. The survey found that 71 %of people above the age of 60 are at risk. It is noteworthy that 48 %of 46-60-year-olds and 47 %of 30-45-year-olds are facing the risk.
