Adipurush is finally releasing this friday and there are a lot of expectations riding on this movie. We have got an EXCLUSIVE inside report and we bring the review at once. The movie retells timeless story of Ramayana using modern cinematic techniques and spell binding visual effects. In fact, this is India's first movie to have more number of VFX shots. Even though the teaser was criticized, the trailer and songs gave some hope to the movie. Most of them were eager to showcase the valor & righteousness of Lord Rama at battle against Ravana. But sadly we are DISAPPOINTED.
This is a pale shadow of Ramayan. The feel,the treatment Ramayan deserves, Om Raut is nowhere near it. Om has made a computer generated woke version. It looks it was made in the middle east. The costume designer is way off the mark. The team thinks they are doing ultramodern gig. The film doesn't measure up to our expectations.
Some of the points to be noted in the movie are, Lord Hanuman without moustache looks like a Mulla. Semi-Naked Lord Sita and maha gyani Ravan looks like Alahuddin khilji. Vanar Sena looks like a miniature king Kong and there is no divinity on prabhas face at all and he continues to be stone faced as usual. Ramayana teaches sanskaras and good values we don't think this film offers anything remotely that. The whole movie has a dystopian blackish-dark background with pathetic visuals.
We need to ask ourselves Is this version of Ramayana we want our children to see and learn anything from? This movie Looks like a pathetic attempt to distort the image of Ramayana. If anyone wants to see Ramyana they can watch ramanand sagar's Ramyana this movie doesnt even comes close. If the makers wanted to ensure this movie reaches global scale, they should upload on YouTube for free. Their ultimate goal is to make money and our audience have better version of Ramayan to watch which have been seen numerous times already.
Sri ram is our Lord and we have prayed to him as a Santha moorthy without Moustache. Hanuman's beard is not proper at all. Ravan is not shown  as per his demeanor.  Altering the epic can not be tolerated
