Dastagir hails from Ramanathapuram district. His one-and-a-half-year-old son Mohammad Mahir has recently been admitted to the rajiv gandhi government General Hospital, Chennai, for treatment due to head water.

There, they put 'trips' on the child's right hand. Also, it is said that anesthesia was given for the surgery. The 'dreeps' have turned black where they were laid. Later, the right hand became paralyzed up to the knee and turned black. The doctors who conducted the examination said that the right hand should be removed and sent the child to the Egmore government Children's Hospital.

The child is receiving intensive care there. The child's father Dastagir says, "We have been giving the child various treatments for one and a half years. At rajiv gandhi Hospital, after the 'trips' were applied, the hand turned black. Even after informing the doctors, they did not notice.

As the condition of the hand continued to worsen, a doctor prescribed an 'ointment'. Since it is not in the hospital, it is useless to buy it from outside and use it. "Now they have sent the hand to the Egmore government Children's Hospital to remove it," he said.

"Because the baby was born prematurely, there were some problems. Treatment is provided. Currently, the child is being treated at the Egmore Children's Hospital. rajiv gandhi government General Hospital Dean Theranirajan said that if this condition has happened to the child due to the carelessness of some people, an inquiry will be taken and action will be taken.
