According to the Meteorological Department official, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Jammu-Kashmir, himachal pradesh and uttarakhand for the next 2 days. Additionally, Punjab, Haryana, the U.P., and east Rajasthan have all been warned that the next two days will bring significant rainfall.
Regarding today's weather, the official of the Meteorological Department has said that we have issued an alert for uttarakhand, himachal pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. An orange alert has been issued for Punjab, Haryana, UP and east Rajasthan. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued in delhi for the next 24 hours. This week, delhi, Uttar Pradesh, himachal pradesh, and other portions of north-west india saw heavy rains that caused flooding and traffic jams in numerous areas.
