Akunuru balaji, a well-known sand sculpture artist, is recognized for his desire for high-quality sand sculptures in vizag and Suryalanka beaches. But this time, he had a difficult time creating the picture of Telangana's new Chief Minister, revanth reddy, at Suryalanka beach. balaji was sculpting revanth Reddy's sand figure at Suryapalam beach when the police stopped him and urged him to obtain the necessary clearances.

Balaji then visited the revenue department and the Tahsildar office to obtain the necessary permits. But he was denied permission to do so. When he went to the police station, they informed him that he already had a case against him for sculpting a picture of chandrababu naidu back in the day. balaji was reportedly intimidated and detained by police, forcing him to abandon his work on the revanth reddy sand statue at Suryalanka beach halfway through.

He appeared amused by the police reaction when they impeded him while sculpting the sand sculpture of a nearby state's chief minister. revanth had invited CBN and family members to the swearing-in event, but Naidu was unable to attend due to personal obligations in Delhi. tdp leaders did not congratulate revanth until lokesh did.
