A five-judge supreme court Constitution bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud will rule on the petitions challenging the repeal of Article 370. Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, B R Gavai, and surya Kant also sit on the bench. After a 16-day hearing, the supreme court reserved its decision on the case on september 5.
