The Aadmi party has expressed fear that the Enforcement Directorate may conduct raids on Arvind Kejriwal's house today and arrest him.

In the delhi Liquor Scam, Enforcement Department ED has sent 3 summons to delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal, but kejriwal has not appeared even once. ED has accused the aam aadmi party and arvind kejriwal of spending Rs 338 crore on corruption in goa elections. The supreme court has directed the Enforcement Directorate to conduct an inquiry into the aam aadmi party leadership in this matter. Now kejriwal has written a letter to ED. Alleging that the ED's conduct was arbitrary and not transparent, kejriwal asked why he was summoned for questioning. Along with this, kejriwal also said that the purpose of the summons was to investigate or tarnish my reputation. In his letter, kejriwal also stated the reason for not appearing before the ED. He says he is busy with the upcoming rajya sabha elections in delhi and is preparing for january 26. kejriwal asked ED to send his list of questions.Kejriwal did not appear before the ED on wednesday in the delhi liquor policy case. The ED summoned him for the third time and called him for a hearing on january 3. Earlier, the ED had asked kejriwal to appear on november 2 and december 21. However, kejriwal refused to appear before the ED. He said both the summons were illegal and politically motivated. After receiving the summons on december 21, kejriwal went to Hoshiarpur in punjab for a 10-day rest. aam aadmi party leaders allege that this move by the enforcement department is being taken to keep kejriwal out of the lok sabha elections.
