The fighter trailer was released by the film's crew on Monday. The widely awaited teaser for the film, which stars hrithik roshan, deepika padukone, and Anil Kapoor, featured tremendous aerial action sequences, as promised.  Squadron leader Shamsher Pathania (Hrithik), Squadron leader Minal Rathore (Deepika), and Group Captain Rakesh jai Singh (Anil Kapoor), together with their elite indian air Force (IAF) unit, give it their all for the country in the first real look at the aerial action flick. The film was mostly shot at indian air bases using genuine Sukhoi fighter jets.

Militant activity in the srinagar Valley has spiralled out of control, prompting the air Headquarters to establish a new and special force, the air Dragons. They are now the first to respond to any threatening conduct. They are composed of the greatest combat aviators chosen from around the IAF. fighter tells the story of air Dragons who are prepared to give their best for their country while dealing with the ups and downs of internal and external fights.

Fighter is deepika padukone and Hrithik Roshan's debut collaboration. It's Deepika's third film with siddharth anand, following 2008's Bachna Ae Haseeno and the 2023 smash Pathaan, which also stars Shah Rukh Khan and john Abraham. hrithik roshan and siddharth anand have worked together on several projects, including Bang Bang (2014) and the 2019 action flick War. Aside from deepika padukone, Hrithik and Anil Kapoor, fighter also stars karan singh grover and Akshay Oberoi. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas on january 25, 2024.
