Nagarjuna stated that he cancelled his maldives vacation because he feels it is 'not healthy'. nagarjuna and MM Keeravaani mentioned Lakshadweep's Bangaram Islands during an interview to promote his current film, 'Naa Saami Ranga'. tollywood actor nagarjuna recently said that he was planning a holiday with his family in the maldives following the release of 'Naa Saami Ranga'. However, following the Maldives-Lakshadweep dispute, he cancelled the tickets and intends to visit the Bangaram Islands instead.

Nagarjuna told indian lyricist chandrabose and songwriter MM Keeravaani that he planned to go for the maldives on january 17. "I worked for Big Boss and 'Naa Saami Ranga' for 75 days straight. I've cancelled my reservations and want to travel to lakshadweep next week," he remarked.

Nagarjuna stated, "I didn't cancel it out of fear or anything. I cancelled the tickets since they were not healthy. Whatever they said or stated was not healthy, and it is not right, especially because he is our Prime Minister. He leads 1.5 billion people. He is the leader of 1.5 billion people, and how they are treated is unacceptable." He continued, "They are dealing with the consequences. "Every action has a corresponding reaction." He lauded the beautiful splendour of the renowned Bangaram Islands in Lakshwadeep and jokingly advised that MM keeravani organise a trip.
