There have been more reports lately of fans acting quite aggressively and breaking screens. Re-releases typically result in this, which is why large single-screen owners have discontinued re-releases in their theatres. This time, however, a catastrophe occurred in an andhra pradesh movie theatre when fervent moviegoers set the place on fire. This incident took place when Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu was re-released.
Fans are seen rejoicing inside the theatre and lighting up papers in a series of viral videos. This poses a serious risk not only to the theater's assets but also to the security of the attendees. Lighting closed-door theatres on fire is just a dangerous game. Fans are seen putting additional papers into the fire to make it bigger and, in a fit of excitement, even walking in it. It's one thing to celebrate a movie in theatres, but setting the place on fire is silliness on a whole other level. Everyone is seriously placed at risk by this. We must put an immediate halt to this tendency.

In the two telugu states of andhra pradesh and Telangana, the classic telugu movie Cameramen Gangatho Rambabu, starring power star Pawan Kalyan, is being rereleased today. A ruckus brought on by ardent fans during the movie ruined the experience. Fans sparked shreds of paper inside the Nandyal district theatre, setting it on fire, causing panic and terror among those there. The persistent disruptive activity raises concerns even though there have been prior warnings that future film screenings may be suspended if such instances continue.
