"Happily the first project in South india to reach a height of more than 200 meters. We're now Hyderabad's tallest point, according to SAS Infra's announcement. The telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority states that "The Crown" should be finished by march 2027. The project, which would take up 4.5 acres, will include 250 units distributed among five buildings. The globally recognized Singaporean architect AEDAS is responsible for the design. In addition, the property has an enormous clubhouse that is more than 75,000 square feet.

The most recent Knight Frank india study claims that Hyderabad's residential real estate market had an unheard-of spike in sales and reached a record high in 2023. The yearly residential sales reached an all-time high of 32,880 units in 2023 thanks to a 6% year-over-year (YoY) growth, according to the "India Real Estate - Residential and office Market Report." This increase was ascribed to the apparent trend among purchasers who, in their pursuit of the perfect residence, are giving more weight to lifestyle modifications and amenity-rich areas.
