Until friday evening, on the occasion of Mahashivratri, around 9 lakh people bathed in Sangam. The 54-day Magh mela has officially ended with the sixth and last bathing day. The massive sands of the Sangam will now host the police and administrative arrangements, and the planning for the Mahakumbh the following year will pick up steam. On the final day of Mahashivratri, 9.70 lakh devotees, according to administrative officials, took the holy bath at Sangam and other prominent ghats until 6 pm.
 

Beginning early in the morning, devotees began to arrive at Sangam. According to officials, 4 lakh devotees bathed until 8 a.m. The weather was nice and sunny, so the devoted continued to arrive in big numbers. Additionally, the devotees took the sacred Sangam water to present it during "Shivling" and to do puja at shiva temples. To prevent any untoward occurrence, Jal police, PAC, and NDRF personnel maintained a tight eye on all ghats while administrative and police authorities stayed on alert at Magh Mela.

Several Celebrities were seen at Sadhguru's Isha yoga and notable personalities were pooja hegde, Tamannaah, rakul Preet, and shankar Mahadevan. As soon as the videos were on social media, netizens started to troll them.
