Amid the preparations for the upcoming lok sabha elections, residents of noida and Greater noida have initiated a 'No Registry, No Vote' campaign, expressing their discontent with politicians. These flat owners lament that during election campaigns, leaders often promise to facilitate property registration, but fail to follow through after securing victory.

Frustrated by unfulfilled assurances, residents have displayed boards declaring their stance on the matter, indicating that they will abstain from voting until their flats are registered. According to reports from a big source, residents from various residential complexes such as Gardenia Glory in Sector 46 of noida, Futech Gateway in Sector 75, and Himalayan Pride, Nirala Greens, and Nirala Global Societies in Greater noida are actively participating in this campaign.

Many of these individuals are still awaiting possession of their flats, while others, despite possession, lack the official ownership rights. The absence of concrete information regarding when these rights will be granted has fueled residents' demands for property registration. Residents express deep disappointment with political leaders who, they allege, make empty promises during elections to garner votes, only to disregard their concerns afterward.

Feeling deceived, residents have united to challenge these leaders and have pledged not to cast their votes until their flats are rightfully registered. Additionally, they emphasize that their aspirations of owning a home will remain unfulfilled until authorities such as the Greater noida Authority, noida Authority, and yamuna Authority address their grievances and facilitate the registration process.
