At the theatres, malayalam blockbusters Manjummel Boys and Premalu are dominating. Bramayugam is the third consecutive hit from the malayalam film industry, after Premalu and Manjummel Boys, which have recently made the industry in india buzz.
 
The malayalam film industry is renowned for producing high-caliber films on a shoestring, a fact that Premalu and Manjummel Boys have once again confirmed. Premalu reportedly has a budget of less than 10 Cr and has made close to 125 Cr in revenue thus far.


The movie became an enormous hit in malayalam and continued to receive great reviews and a devoted following in tamil Nadu and Kerala. Premalu, which is set in Hyderabad, centres on the lives of two young people, Nalsen and Mamitha, and explores their relationships as they grow older.

The newest mollywood blockbuster, Manjummel Boys, was made on a budget of less than 20 Cr and has made about 215 Cr in revenue. Manjummel Boys' telugu version is scheduled to release on april 6th, and the producers are optimistic that it will be just as successful as the Premalu telugu version.
 

Manjummel Boys, a survival drama starring a group of guys from Kerala's Ernakulam, is directed by chidambaram and is based on a true story. Among those with significant parts in the film are Sreenath Bhasi, Jean Paul Lal, Ganapathi, Soubin Shahir, and Balu Varghese.

Premalu and Manjummel Boys have each amassed more than ten times their allocated sums. This is an incredible accomplishment and evidence that audiences will undoubtedly find great material.
