First telugu news Reader Shanthi Swaroop Passed away...

Shanthi Swaroop, who was introduced to the telugu bully screen in the form of news, has passed away. He breathed his last today due to a heart attack. The first-generation telugu news reader Shanti Swaroop is no more. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Yashoda Hospital in hyderabad due to a heart attack. He was the first anchor to read the news on Doordarshan. Many people excel as news presenters with his inspiration. He joined the job in 1978 and has been reading the news since 1983. Retired in 2011.  A few days ago, Shanti Swaroop suffered a heart attack and was admitted to the hospital where he succumbed. Shanti Swaroop was the first to read telugu news on television in november 1983. He worked as a newsreader at Doordarshan tv and retired. He made an indelible impression. Without a teleprompter, he read the news just by looking at the paper for ten years.

On Children's Day 1983, Shantiswaroop read the first news bulletin. This news was aired on Doordarshan channel at 7 pm. As the first news, it was read that chief minister NT Rama Rao inaugurated Children's Day at Lal Bahadur Stadium on the occasion of Children's Day. They introduced the first news bulletin in telugu for 15 minutes. His prasthanam started from then and continued uninterrupted till 2011. telugu news history has a chapter for Shanti Swaroop.
