BRS lodges a complaint to ec against rahul Gandhi..!?

The BRS leaders have complained to the Central election commission (ECI) to take strict action against rahul gandhi for making inappropriate comments and minister Konda surekha for making baseless allegations. Former MLC Karne prabhakar and BRS hyderabad in-charge Dasoju shravan expressed anger that rahul gandhi had made inappropriate comments against the BRS party and kcr in the Jana Jatara Sabha organized by the congress party in Tukkuguda. minister Konda surekha made baseless allegations against ktr and complained to the ec to take action against them.
CEC rajeev Kumar announced that the election Code has come into force across the country on march 16. But Dasoju shravan and Karne prabhakar have stated in their letter to the ec that in the meeting organized by the congress in Tukkuguda, rahul gandhi violated the election code and made inappropriate comments against the BRS party and former cm KCR. According to MCC, no person or leader should comment on the personal life of another person or leader. While the election Code states that accusations and criticisms should not be made even in matters without evidence, rahul gandhi violated them and made personal criticisms and baseless accusations against kcr, the letter stated.
During the lok sabha elections, the case of phone tapping in telangana is causing scandal. However, the congress leaders accused the then-minister ktr of having something to do with the phone tapping in the previous BRS government. ktr has sent legal notices to minister Konda surekha, mla Yennam srinivas reddy, and kk Mahender reddy who made comments against him saying that he had nothing to do with the phone tapping affair and making baseless allegations. BRS leaders recently complained to the ec to take action against minister Konda Surekha.
