Kalki 2898 AD is a telugu movie directed by nag ashwin and starring prabhas, Kamal Haasan, deepika Padukone, and amitabh Bachchan. The movie is based on the Hindu prophecy of kalki, the tenth and final avatar of Lord Vishnu, who will appear at the end of the kali Yuga, the dark and degenerate age of humanity.

There are many gifted performers in kalki 2898 AD who do a good job in their parts. shobhana and rajendra prasad both perform admirably. Although it's good to watch Brahmanandam and prabhas together on film, their lighthearted banter doesn't make us laugh out loud. Pasupathy, a tamil actor, does his role skillfully yet quickly disappears from view once off-screen. Actress Anna Ben from kerala takes part in an action scene reminiscent of Mad Max. The bengali actor Saswata Chatterjee is a good fit for the part.
 
Bujji's voice-over by Keerthy suresh does a passable job, and having her in the cast is a lovely touch that makes a good impression. Except for a few, our nearly twelve cameos are meaningless. They only come and go, albeit they do not harm. Rajamouli's joke on prabhas is going to make people chuckle.
