Kanguva is the second big pan-Indian film that combines VFX and fantasy in a historical context, following kalki 2898 AD. With Kanguva, Suriya, who has been waiting a long time for a legitimate theatrical hit, is expected to deliver. This historical action thriller, directed by Siruthai Siva, is Suriya's most ambitious film to date and examines the idea of former lives. 

The promotional content that has been made available thus far is rather good. Fans were upset that the release date had not been revealed—until now—despite repeated updates from the production company. This october 10th, Kanguva is scheduled to hit theatres.

To further heighten the anticipation, TJ Gnanavel's Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth, is also slated for release on the same day. The box office receipts for both films might be impacted by this possible conflict. bobby deol plays the antagonist in Kanguva, while bollywood actress disha patani plays the protagonist role. devi sri prasad is the film's composer, and Studio Green and uv creations collaborated in its production.
 
In yet another surprise, october 10th is also the release date for alia Bhatt's film Jigra, which was recently revealed along with an eye-catching poster. The poster's background is blue, purple, and pink, with a cyberpunk-inspired image of alia gazing at the ground while carrying a rucksack. This sets up a three-way fight on october 10th at the box office. The release date of NTR's Devara was originally set for october 10th, however it has recently been moved to september 27th.
