There was a lack of essential paperwork, such as pest control records and medical fitness certifications for food workers. Additionally, the company neglected to show their genuine FSSAI licence in a conspicuous manner.
 

Furthermore, it was discovered that uncooked ingredients and partially cooked food items were missing their labels.
 
During the inspection, the team at Tabula Rasa saw that the restaurant and bar situated in Jubliee Hills, hyderabad, did not have a conspicuous display of the genuine copy of the FSSAI licence. Furthermore, there were no medical fitness certifications for food workers.
 
Twelve kilogrammes of past-due prawns and prepared Turkish milk were found by inspectors; these items were immediately disposed of on the scene to avoid any health hazards.


Additional observations showed that there were concerns to hygiene since open dustbins were drawing houseflies and some food workers were not wearing the mandatory helmet.
 
Positively, nevertheless, it was discovered that the premises kept current pest management records and that food items were appropriately covered and labelled.
