For the first time, prabhas and prashanth neel collaborated on the Hombale Films project Salaar in 2023. The movie ended on a cliffhanger, implying a fight between prabhas and prithviraj in the follow-up, and made roughly Rs 600 crore globally. Salaar 2 has been the subject of several reports ever since. According to bollywood sources, ramoji film city will host a 15-day first shoot for Salaar 2, which is scheduled to begin production on august 10. These insiders claim that a set has been built at the studio, and Hombale Films' producers have verified this timetable.
 
Salaar 2 and Dragon, which stars NTR, are the two significant projects that prashanth neel has promised to work on in 2024 and 2025. They assert that Prashanth has worked with the producers to keep both projects on schedule. Prashanth Neel, according to telugu media, is currently focusing solely on NTR's flick Dragon, though. His full focus is currently on Dragon, and he doesn't want to stray from it. He will focus on one project at a time.
 
Salaar was profitable, although it fell short of the anticipated breakthrough. There was also a lackluster reaction on OTT and satellite. There isn't much excitement right now for Salaar outside of prabhas fans. Despite Hombale Films' best efforts, prashanth neel may give Dragon priority over Salaar 2, as there isn't much demand for the film. As of yet, there is no formal confirmation. Regarding Prashanth Neel's next movie, there is a conflict between the media in the North and South that is still going on. We'll just have to wait and see what his final decision is.
