The names of Jaganmohan reddy, Vallabhaneni Vamsi, Kodali Nani, Pinnelli, and dwaraka Pudi are among the key figures included in Lokesh's red Book. One prominent name is former raptadu mla Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy. When ycp was in power, thopudurthi prakash reddy made several inappropriate comments targeting TDP, including controversial remarks last year suggesting chandrababu naidu should be hanged.

He criticized the neglect of irrigation projects in andhra pradesh during Naidu's regime and highlighted the illegal projects in Karnataka. reddy accused Naidu of remaining silent on these issues, including increasing the height of the Almatti project and ignoring the court's 2011 stay on water allocation to the Upper Bhadra project. He also pointed out that in 2017, permission was granted for the second phase of forest clearance for the Upper Bhadra project.
