According to reports from news organizations like ANI and PTI, a four-story structure fell on saturday in the Sachin neighborhood of surat, Gujarat. Many people are thought to be imprisoned. Anupam Singh Gahlaut, the commissioner of surat police, stated, "A six-story structure fell in the Sachin neighborhood today at around three p.m. Numerous occupants of that building became stuck inside. The fire department and police arrived on the scene right away.

"A woman was successfully pulled from beneath the rubble. Of the thirty apartments in the building, four to five were occupied, while the remaining apartments were vacant. Many were at work, trapping those who had gone to bed after the night shift. He told ANI, "NDRF and SDRF are all operating. It is estimated that five to six individuals are still buried under the debris. Four laborers were hurt in march of this year when a portion of the medical college building in Morbi Town that was still under construction fell. After spending seven hours buried in the rubble, a second laborer was found and saved.Around 8:00 p.m. on march 9, when workmen were completing roof filling on the new building's first floor, the tragedy happened.
