Four laborers were hurt in march of this year when a portion of the medical college building in Morbi Town that was still under construction fell. After spending seven hours buried in the rubble, a second laborer was found and saved.Around 8:00 p.m. on march 9, when workmen were completing roof filling on the new building's first floor, the tragedy happened.
