Due to the poor road conditions, drivers on the Misrigunj-Kalapather road are having difficulties. Deep ditches and potholes may be found on the section that passes by the Bilalnagar Shujath Hotel on the way from Misrigunj to Kalapather.

There are craters and potholes a hundred metres away. The commuters' backbreaking trip is caused by the small route," said Kalapather resident Syed Tajamul's complaints.

The road is a crucial section for drivers travelling from Kalapather to Charminar. Numerous auto rickshaws use the road, transporting hundreds of passengers all day long.

"When it rains, water fills the potholes, making the situation worse for drivers. Potholes appear behind a layer of water, making it difficult for customers to see them and causing them to collapse when a car hits one, according to Mahmood, the owner of a small business next to the Shujath Hotel.

Near the labour adda at Kalapather, the situation remains unchanged. Slush gathered on the road and caused erosion of the road surface owing to heavy rainfall. A nearby resident named Shaik Mahmood ali said, "People often end up quarrelling after dirty water is splashed on them by passing vehicles."

There is no difference in the state of the roads at the Misrigunj intersection. In addition to endangering public safety, drivers claim that the large potholes are causing damage to the engines of their cars. “Big craters on the road cause damage to vehicles as well as people. When it rains, it's a terrible scenario, remarked local merchant Rasheed Khan.

The public wants the government to fix the stretch's roads right away in order to save them from discomfort.
